Abstract

The fact reflecting the increase of impact of Chinese polymer scientists in the world has been summarized. The forum on frontiers of several field in polymer science were briefly introduced. The issues concerning of polymer program at NSFC were discussed. The data of funding

the grants distribution to individual institution

and comparison of increasing in application with other disciplines have been analyzed. The guidance and suggestions to NSFC proposals for 2013 were given in detail.
