摘要

从结构的角度来说

天然的细胞外基质是由各种纳米尺度的蛋白纤维原和纤维交织而成的网状结构

静电纺丝制备纤维的直径在数十纳米到微米间可调

由它们松散堆积得到的多孔结构

不仅具有高孔隙率、高表面积、易于组合成不同形状的三维结构

还可以从尺度和形态上仿生模拟天然细胞外基质的胶原纤维(50 〜500nm)网络结构

这使静电纺丝纳米纤维支架成为组织工程支架的理想选择之一。本文结合所在课题组近年来在功能性纳米纤维的研究

详细介绍多种功能性纳米纤维的制备、生物医学应用等方面在国内外的研究进展

并探讨了基于功能性纳米纤维发展新型口腔/硬组织修复材料及产品的潜在应用研究。

Abstract

Natural extracellular matrixs are net-like being composed of fibrin and fibers in nanoscale (50 〜500nm). From the biomimetic viewpoint

electrospinning technique would be a proper method to produce fibrous network mimicking the natural extracellular matrixes. Diameters of electrospun fibers range from tens of nanometers to micrometers

porous structures resulted from the loosely deposited fibers are of high porosity and high surface area

which are good choice for tissue engineering by providing proper environment for cells proliferation and differentiation. In this paper

an introduction to the preparation and biomedical application of several functional nanofibers is summarized basing on recent literature reports and the research works in our lab

focusing on developing novel regeneration materials for dental and hard tissue restoration.
