高聚物材料在受力形变过程中
环境温度对材料力学性能影响很大
但形变过程自身产生的热效应有时也不能被忽略。当材料样品足够厚或形变速率足够快
即近似绝热的情况下
通过这些热效应特征可获得材料分子聚集结构的信息和材料形变机理。本文介绍了高聚物材料的几种形变热效应特征
包括普弹形变热效应、塑性形变热效应、弹性大形变热效应和疲劳热效应
并简单介绍了形变热效应的表征技术
包括形变量热法、热电偶法和红外热成像法。
During the deformation process of polymer materials
environmental temperature can take a great effect on mechanical properties
but heat caused from material itself can not be ignored. When the tests were performed on thicker samples with sufficiently fast extension rates
namely in approximate adiabatic conditions
the information of materials including molecular structure and deformation mechanism can be acquired by the feature of thermal effects. In this paper
several thermal effects of polymer materials including small elastic
plastic
large elastic deformation and fatigue are reviewed
characterization technique of thermal effects involved in deformation calorimetry
thermocouple
infrared thermography.are presented.
