在生物医学领域的应用。因此人们合成出了多种水溶性的C

衍生物，并研究了它们的应用。本文综述了近年来水溶性C

衍生物在生物医学领域的研究，包括肿瘤治疗、药物或基因运载、抗氧化、与酶的相互作用、细胞毒性和其它应用，并对其未来的发展提出了展望。

Abstract

Fullerene C

owns the perfect structural symmetry and unique physical and chemical properties. It is believed that C

has much potential in biomedical

superconductivity

optics and catalysis and so on. But its poor solubility in water and compatibility with the organism limit its application. So people synthesize a variety of water-soluble C

derivatives and study their application. This article mainly reviews the research of water-soluble C

derivatives in the biomedical field for recent years

including cancer treatment

drug or gene carrier

antioxidation

interaction with enzymes

cytotoxicity. In addition

the study prospects on these derivatives are also included.
