The waterborne epoxy anti-corrosive emulsion was prepared by phase inversion with nonionic surfactant made in the laboratory and epoxy resin E-20
and the influence factors about the technique of epoxy resin emulsification was investigated which focuses on the complex performance of the emulsion
the specific conditions include: the proportion of each material in the epoxy resin emulsion system
temperature and stirring speed of emulsification system. The results show that the stablest emulsion with the film which has the best complex performance that includes mechanical property and anti-corrosion property was prepared as the content of emulsifier at 12. 5 %
