摘要

采用熔融接枝法，将马来酸酐化1，2-聚丁二烯（MAPB)在过氧化二异丙苯（DCP)的存在下接枝到聚丙烯(PP)上。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析（TG)和差示扫描量热(DSC)法对接枝产物进行表征，将其作为木塑复合材料（WPCs）界面相容剂，以复合材料力学性能为指标对接枝工艺配方进行评价。结果表明：MAPB可以与PP发生接枝反应，并且MAPB的加入能够提高PP的结晶温度和热稳定性。当接枝反应温度为180℃，质量比

Abstract

Maleated 1

2-polybutadiene (MAPB) was melt grafted onto polypropylene (PP) in the presence of dicumyl peroxide (DCP). The MAPB-

-PP were characterized by means of Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)

differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). Then the MAPB-

-PP was applied as interfacial compatibilizer in wood plastic composites (WPC) to evaluate the technical formula via the mechanical properties of WPC. The results demonstrated that MAPB could be grafted onto PP

the crystallization temperature and thermostability were increased. The MAPB-

-PP prepared at 180℃ with MAPB:PP:DCP mass ratio of 13:37:0. 2 showed the best effect on the mechanical properties of WPC.
