the immobilized chiral stationary phases
which are becoming one of the most important kinds of CSPs
have the advantages of good solvent durability and enormous method flexibility.This review mainly focus on macromolecule immobilized CSPs
including polysaccharide derivatives immobilized CSPs
protein immobilized CSPs and synthetic polymer immobilized CSPs.The progress in immobilized macromolecular CSPs
especially for their loading capacity
solvent durability and resolution effects
is reviewed.
