摘要

为了克服离子聚合物金属复合材料(IPMC)输出力小和含水率低等缺点，通过颗粒浸出法制备了基于多孔和SiOPS ({SiO

)结构的多层IPMC：3-三羟基苯基-1-丙磺酸(THOPS)-纳米Fe

致动器。研究结果表明，内层掺杂1 wt% Fe

，外层掺杂25 wt% THOPS (3-三羟基苯基-1-丙磺酸)的多层基膜IPMC：THOPS-纳米Fe

表现出优异的致动性能，初始含水率达到了71.01%，达到水平衡状态的时间延长到115 min，相比于纯Nafion基膜IPMC提高了2.36和5.57倍；最大尖端位移、驱动速率和输出力分别达到了20.467 mm、0.127 mm/s和6.421 mN，分别是纯Nafion基膜IPMC致动器的4.59、3.97和7.82倍。这是由于内层膜的多孔结构增加了水分子的传输通道，外层膜的SiOPS结构增强了IPMC的吸水率和力学强度。总之，这种多层结构可以有效提高IPMC的驱动性能，为其今后的应用提供了更多的可能性。

Abstract

In order to overcome the disadvantages of low output force and low moisture content in ion polymer metal composites (IPMC). A multi-layer IPMC: THOPS nano Fe

actuator based on porous and SiOPS ({SiO

3/2

-(CH

)

) structure was prepared by particle leaching method. The research results showed that the multilayer base film IPMC doped with 1 wt% Fe

in the inner layer and 25 wt% THOPS (3-trihydroxyphenyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) in the outer layer exhibited excellent actuation performance

with an initial moisture content of 71.01% and an extended time to water equilibrium of 115 min

which was 2.36 and 5.57 times higher than that of pure Nafion based film IPMC; The maximum tip displacement

driving speed

and output force reached 20.467 mm/s

0.127 mm/s

and 6.421 mN

respectively

which are 4.59

3.97

and 7.82 times higher than those of pure Nafion based IPMC actuators. This is because the porous structure of the inner membrane increases the transport channels for water molecules

while the SiOPS structure of the outer membrane enhances the water absorption and mechanical strength of IPMC. In summary

this multi-layer structure can effectively improve the driving performance of IPMC and prov

ide more possibilities for its future applications.
