摘要

聚硅氮烷(PSN)作为一种可转化为无机陶瓷的前驱体聚合物，凭借其多路径的转化特性、高的陶瓷产率以及灵活的材料形式，在极端环境防护涂层、复合材料和功能陶瓷领域展现出巨大应用潜力。本文围绕聚硅氮烷应用研究的最新进展，重点剖析了其作为陶瓷前驱体衍生的SiO

、SiCN、SiON、SiN

等陶瓷涂层，在高温抗氧化、腐蚀防护、热障性能及柔性有机电子封装中的关键作用，全面梳理了聚硅氮烷转化陶瓷基结构及功能复合材料的最新突破，并总结了聚硅氮烷在能源存储、催化及光固化增材制造等新兴领域的创新应用。最后，指出了聚硅氮烷材料开发与应用的发展方向。

Abstract

Polysilazane (PSN)

as a precursor polymer that can be converted into inorganic ceramics

exhibits great application potential in the fields of extreme environment protective coatings

composites

and functional ceramics due to its multi-path conversion characteristics

high ceramic yield

and flexible material forms.This article focuses on the latest advancements in the application research of polysilazane

emphasizing its critical role as a ceramic precursor for ceramic coatings (such as SiO

SiCN

SiON

SiN

etc

.) in high-temperature oxidatio

n resistance

corrosion protection

thermal barrier performance

and flexible organic electronic packaging. It comprehensively reviews the latest breakthroughs in the conversion of polysilazane into ceramic-based structures and functional composites

and summarizes the innovative applications of polysilazane in emerging fields such as energy storage

catalysis

and photocurable additive manufacturing. Finally

the development directions of polysilazane materials in terms of their development and application are highlighted.
