聚丙烯是五大通用合成树脂之一

具有无毒、无味、密度低、刚性好、抗冲击强度高、耐化学腐蚀等特点

可用于制作编织制品、注塑制品、薄膜、管材等

广泛应用于包装、汽车、家电、建材、日用品等领域。催化剂技术是聚丙烯技术的核心

聚合工艺是聚丙烯实现大规模经济生产的关键

新产品的开发则是聚丙烯不断提高性能、扩展产品应用范围的重要手段。本文综述了聚丙烯催化剂研发方面的最新进展

重点对近年来发展迅速的气相法聚丙烯生产工艺进行介绍

并对高性能聚丙烯专用料在车用、医用、管材、薄膜等高端领域的开发和应用进行了展望。

Abstract

As one of the five general purpose synthetic resins

polypropylene (PP) has the properties of non-toxicity

tasteless

low density

high stiffness

high impact strength

and good chemical resistance. PP can be made to weave product

injection product

film

pipe

and so on

and can be used widely in the package

automobile

household electrical appliances

building materials

commodity

and so on. Catalyst technology is the core of PP technology. Polymerization process is the key of mass production of PP with low cost. Development of new product is important method for the improvement of properties of PP and expanded using range. In this paper

the latest advance of research and development of PP catalyst was summarized

especially the gas phase polymerization processes of PP with high growth rate were introduced

and the usage of PP with high performance in the high-end fields

such as automobile

medical package

pipe

film

and so on

was prospected.
