Study on Preparation and Morphology of Phosphomolybdic Acid/PMMA Electrospinning Fibers
Phosphomolybdic acid /PMMA composite fiber were prepared by electrospinning technique. Effect of relative molecular mass
phosphomolybdic acid PMMA and mixed solvent volume ratio of DMF and ethanol on composite fiber morphology and diameter were investigated. The morphology of composite fibers was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the electrical conductivity
viscosity and surface tension in different conditions of spinning solution were tested. It was found out that the relative molecular weight of PMMA and the volume ratio of DMF and ethanol had obviously effect on composite fiber morphology. The diameters of composite fibers were significantly affected by the content of phosphomolybdic acid. The ideal spinning conditions is as follows: the weight average molecular weight of PMMA is 60000
the content of phosphomolybdic acid spinning solution is 16mg/mL
