摘要

分别论述了 Ziegler-Natta型稀土催化剂、茂稀土催化剂和非茂稀土配合物催化剂在共轭二烯烃均聚及共聚反应中的特点，稀土元素的种类、配体的结构、助催化剂、活化剂等因素对催化性能、立体选择性、聚合产物微观结构、分子量及其分布等的影响起主要作用，在不同催化剂条件下，可以合成出高顺式结构的聚丁二烯、聚异戊二烯、丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚物、共轭二烯烃/苯乙烯共聚弹性体以及高反式的聚异戊二烯等。此外，采用稀土催化剂体系及一釜法工艺，可制备出结晶型高顺式共聚弹性体/苯乙烯基聚合物复合材料。

the novel composites of crystallizable high-cis butadiene-styrene elastomer with styrene-based polymer could be achieved and the "three steps in one-pot" polymerization technique had been also developed.
