摘要

制备了一种新型具有生物活性的胶原/褐藻糖胶膜。采用FTIR分析了胶原与褐藻糖胶间离子键的形成，并分别采用体外凝血试验

Abstract

The new collagen /fucoidan films with biological activities were preprated. Its FTIR spectrums were analysed for characterizating forming ionic bonds between collagen and fucoidan. Its anticoagulant activities in vitro and cell proliferation of Human umbilical vein endothelial cells( HUVEC) were appreciated preliminarily by the method of activited partial thromboplastin time (t
