摘要

石墨烯是具有二维晶体结构的碳纳米材料，其具有优异的导电性、透明性和极强的力学性能，可广泛应用于纳米电子器件、复合材料等领域，制备大面积、高质量的石墨烯成为了近年来重要的研究课题。本文介绍了制备石墨烯的化学方法，包括氧化还原法、外延生长法、化学气相沉积法、有机合成法、溶剂热法。本文对各方法的研究状况进行了详细的综述，分析了各方法的优缺点，重点介绍了氧化还原法还原手段对石墨烯结构和性能的影响。氧化还原法制备的石墨烯质量稳定，具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Graphene is a kind of crystal carbon nanomaterial with two-dimensional structure which has excellent electrical conductivity

mechanical properties. It can be widely applied in nano electronic devices

composite materials and other fields. The preparing methods has attracted much attention in recent years. This paper mainly introduces the chemical preparation methods

which includes oxidation reduction method

epitaxial growth method

chemical vapor deposition method and other methods. At the same time

this paper desicribes the advantages and disadvantages of each methods and stresses the influences on the structure and property of the graphene prepared by the reduction method. This kind of graphene has promising applications.
