摘要

综述了硅氮聚合物近年来在作为硅氮陶瓷前体和硅橡胶改性加工剂以及其结构分析方面研究的进展。

Abstract

The recent progress on the study of polysilazanes used as ceramic precursor and silicone rubber modification agent as well as some analytical aspects of these compounds was reviewed.
