摘要

用静电纺丝-溶液浇注法制备胶原/聚2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱( pMPC) 双层复合膜。用核磁共振波谱仪( NM R) 、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪( FTIR) 、热重分析仪( TG/DTG) 分别表征了pMPC 的化学结构、胶原/ pMPC 分子间的相互作用和共混相容性;用环境扫描电子显微镜( SEM) 、X 射线光电子能谱仪( XPS) 、静态接触角仪( SCA) 分别分别研究了GTR 膜的表面形貌、元素组成及含量、亲疏水性等性能。结果表明

当 pMPC 的质量百分含量为20%时

复合膜中两相分子间共混效果最佳;膜表面磷脂基团的微量引入可以有效改善膜材料表面的亲水性。

Abstract

Double-deck collagen/p( 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine) ( pMPC) membranes for guided tissue regeneration were prepared through electrospinning/solution casting method . Chemical structure of pMPC

the interaction and miscibility between pMPC and collagen was respectively characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR)

fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis ( TG/DTG) . The surface morphology

elementary composition and hydrophilicity were characterized by scanning electronic microscope( SEM)

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements( XPS) and static contact angle measurments( SCA)

respectively .The results indicate that the blending of pMPC and collagen was optimum when the weight content of pMPC was 20 %;the introduce of pMPC into matrix could improve largely the surface hydrophilicity .
