摘要

聚乙烯管材是燃气、给排水等流体输送的重要材料。服役环境的多样化导致聚乙烯管材不可避免地会发生老化现象，所以研究不同环境下聚乙烯管材的老化行为以及如何延长其使用寿命是非常重要的研究方向。本文介绍了聚乙烯材料老化的影响因素、聚乙烯管材老化的主要机理以及聚乙烯管材老化的主要研究方法，综述了近年来关于PE管材的热氧老化行为以及应力开裂行为的研究进展，这些对于延长PE管材使用寿命具有重要的意义，为PE管材的工程应用提供合理参考。

Abstract

Polyethylene pipe is important for the transportation of gas

water supply and drainage. However

the diversification of the service environment leads to the inevitable aging of polyethylene pipes. Therefore

it is very important to study the aging behavior of polyethylene pipe aging in different environments and how to prolong its service life. This paper introduces the influencing factors of aging of polyethylene materials

the main mechanism of aging of polyethylene pipes and the main research methods of aging of polyethylene pipes. The recent research progress on the thermal aging behavior and stress cracking behavior of PE pipes has been reviewed. It is of great importance for prolonging the service life of PE pipes

and it provides a reference for the application of PE pipe in engineering field.
