摘要

荧光标记二氧化硅具有生物相容性好、发光强度高、性能稳定等优点

不仅是很好的示踪材料和药物载体

同时还是极佳的补强填料

在生物医疗以及高分子复合材料领域具有广泛的应用。为了达到较好的荧光标记效果

选择合适的荧光标记物以及标记方法尤为重要。本文从荧光标记物的种类选择、合成方法、应用研究等方面

综述了国内外荧光二氧化硅的合成及其应用研究现状

并展望了在生物医疗以及高分子复合材料领域的未来研究方向及应用前景。

Abstract

Fluorescent labeled silica has advantages of good biocompatibility

high luminescence intensity and stable performance. It is not only a good tracer material and drug carrier

but also an excellent reinforcing filler

which makes fluorescence-labeled silica been widely used in the fields of biological medicine and polymer composites. In order to achieve better fluorescent labeling effect

it is very important to select the appropriate fluorescent markers and labeling methods. In this paper

the synthesis and application of fluorescent silica were reviewed from the aspects of maker species selection

synthesis method and application research. And the future research direction and application prospect in biological medicine and polymer composites were also prospected.
