Preparation and Control of PC/PLA Composite Microsphere via Phase Separation
) were accounted for the oil phase and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution was acted as the aqueous phase
which were prepared by phase separation for PC/ PLA composite microspheres. The factors of CHCl
3
concentration
water-oil ratio
PVA mass fraction and PC/PLA ratio on the morphology and structure were investigated. The results showed that the composite microspheres with small particle size
uniform distribution and surface are formed when the concentration of CHCl
3
was 2g/mL
water/oil mass ratio was 4∶1
PVA mass fraction was 1% and PC/PLA mass ratio are 1/1. Under the appropriate conditions
PC and PLA intermolecular chains have the same intermolecular force and strong diffusion ability
and the PC/PLA composite microspheres are prepared by synergistic and consistent crystallization
