微胶囊技术作为一种重要的包封与控制释放手段,近年来得到了广泛关注。本文系统地介绍了微胶囊的制备方法及其在各个领域的应用进展。微胶囊的制备方法根据其制备机理分为乳化-凝聚法、喷雾干燥法、喷雾干燥-冷冻法、相分离法、界面聚合法、原位聚合法和共沉淀法。不同的制备方法适用的范围不同,需要根据芯材与壁材体系选择合适的制备方法。本文还详细总结了微胶囊技术在医药、食品、化妆品、农业、纺织业、环境保护及新材料开发等领域的现状与发展趋势。微胶囊技术在提升产品稳定性、靶向控制以及研发功能性产品性能等方面展现出巨大的应用潜力,为微胶囊技术的未来发展提供了参考与借鉴。
Microencapsulation technology
as an important method for encapsulation and controlled rele-ase
has received widespread attention in recent years. This article provides a systematic review of the preparation methods of microcapsules and their application advancements across various fields. The preparation methods of microcapsules are divided into emulsification-coagulation
spray drying
spray drying-frozen
phase separation
interfacial polymerization
in situ
polymerization
and co-precipitation according to the preparation mechanism. Different preparation methods have different scopes of application
and it is necessary to choose the appropriate preparation method according to the core material and shell material systems. This work also summarizes the current status and development trends of microencapsulation technology in the fields of medicine
food
cosmetics
agriculture
textile industry
environmental protection and new material development. Microencapsulation technology shows great potential in improving product stability
targeting control and developing functional product performance
which provides a reference for the future development of microencapsulation technology.
