摘要

构建天然多糖基自愈合水凝胶的原料有壳聚糖、透明质酸、海藻酸钠、纤维素等多糖大分子，通过化学交联或物理交联的方法，可形成自愈合水凝胶。根据功能的不同，天然多糖基自愈合水凝胶可分为抗菌型、抗炎型以及多功能型。糖尿病创面因血糖水平异常存在炎症反应不平衡、氧化应激失衡、血管生成不足、细菌感染风险高等问题，导致愈合困难。天然多糖基自愈合水凝胶的多功能性可根据糖尿病伤口的修复阶段和感染程度不同来选择相应的治疗方式。本文系统总结了天然多糖基自愈合水凝胶在糖尿病伤口治疗中的应用进展，为水凝胶敷料的设计提供理论支持，并为糖尿病创面治疗带来新的启发。

and other polysaccharide macromolecules are utilized to create self-healing hydrogels based on natural polysaccharides. These self-healing hydrogels can be developed through either chemical or physical cross-linking methods. Depending on their specific function

natural polysaccharide-based self-healing hydrogels can be classified into antibacterial

anti-inflammatory

and multifunctional categories. Diabetic wounds present unique challenges

including unbalanced inflammatory responses

oxidative stress

insufficient angiogenesis

and increased risk of bacterial infection

all of which hinder healing due to abnormal blood sugar levels. The versatility of natural polysaccharide-based self-healing hydrogels allows for tailored selection according to the stage of diabetic wound repair and extent of infection. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the progress made in applying natural polysaccharide-based self-healing hydrogels for the treatment of diabetic wounds

offering both theoretical support for the design of hydrogel dressings and new insights into diabetic wound management.
