摘要

为解决混合聚烯烃回收过程中因相容性差导致的回收共混物性能劣化问题，以

-乙酰氧基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺（NAPI）为引发剂、以马来酰亚胺（MAL）为接枝单体，探索通过原位生成增容剂提升等规聚丙烯（

PP）/聚乙烯（主要为高密度聚乙烯，HDPE）相容性，实现混合聚烯烃升级循环利用的新方法。傅里叶红外光谱（FTIR）分析表明，基于反应性共混路径，可原位生成

PP-HDPE共聚物和MAL接枝聚烯烃增容剂。扫描电子显微镜（SEM）微观形貌表明，经NAPI/MAL改性

PP/HDPE共混物中，HDPE相尺寸显著减小，说明共混物相容性明显提升。熔融指数（MFI）测试显示，NAPI/MAL改性

PP/HDPE共混物MFI值与对照组未改性

PP/HDPE共混物接近，说明反应性共混改性过程中无明显

-断裂等副反应。力学性能测试表明，与

PP/HDPE对照共混物相比，经NAPI/MAL改性

PP/HDPE，共混物的断裂伸长率提高了832.5%，进一步说明共混物相容性改善，进而促进了力学性能提升。进一步研究表明，不同比例的

PP/HDPE共混物及

PP与不同类型聚乙烯混合物均可实现较好的混合回收效果。本研究发展了一种基于反应性共混的混合聚烯烃回收新方法，该方法具有操作简单、成本低廉和易于推广的优势，在聚烯烃回收领域具有重要潜在应用价值。

Abstract

Herein

a new method was explored to solve the problem of performance deterioration caused by immiscibility during the recycling process of mixed isotactic polypropylene (

PP) and polyethylene (typically

high-density polyethylene

HDPE). This method involves the

in situ

generation of compatibilizers through reactive blending with

-acetoxy-phthalimide (NAPI) as an initiator and maleimide (MAL) as a grafted monomer. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis showed that the

PP-HDPE copolymer and MAL grafted polyolefins were generated

in situ via

a reactive blending approach. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) morphologies showed that the sizes of the dispersed HDPE phases in the NAPI/MAL modified

PP/HDPE blend were significantly reduced

indicating that the compatibility of the blend was improved considerably. Melt flow index (MFI) test showed that the MFI value of NAPI/MAL modified

PP/HDPE was close to that of the unmodified blend

indicating that side reactions such as

-scission were effectively avoided during the reactive blending process. Mechanical property tests showed that the elongation at break of the NAPI/MAL modified

PP/HDPE blend increased by 832.5% compared with the control

PP/HDPE blend

further proving the enhancement in compatibility

which consequently improved the mechanical properties of the modif

ied blend. Further studies showed that the proposed approach was applicable to

PP/HDPE blends with different weight ratios and blends of

PP and various types of polyethylene. In conclusion

we developed a new method for the upcycling of mixed polyolefins based on reactive blending

featuring simplicity

low cost

and scalability

which are anticipated to have important potential applications in polyolefin recycling.
