摘要:The global nitrile rubber (NBR) production capacity and other situation were overviewed, and the capacity, output and consumption of NBR in China were analyzed, the product structure for major manufacture and price changes of NBR in China were introduced. The latest developments of NBR production technology were introduced from the aspects of the development of environmentally friendly NBR product, terpolymer NBR, hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HBR) product, emulsion polymerization kinetics of basic research, NBR inline monitoring technology, and domestic NBR progress in key technologies , the polymerization process improvement, new product development, and the development proposal for China's NBR market and technology was put forward. Closely linked markets, optimize the polymerization reaction formula, improve the production process and the level of polymerization process control, research and development of new grades of high performance NBR, green production and improve product quality of service is to enhance the market competitiveness of NBR.
摘要:Janus particles of anisotropic structure and composition,attributing to their particular properties,have attracted losts of attention of researchers recently. This review focuses on the recent progress of polymeric Janus Particles including dumbbell-like particles,snowman-like particles,raspberry-like particles and mushroom-like particles and introduces several new synthesis methods, including emulsion polymerization, phase separation and self-assembly methods, summarizes the applications, including chemistry catalyst, biomedical, wastewater treatment, color display, optical probe fieldsand autonomously motile nanomotors,and points out the problems and research direction in this domain.
摘要:Gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) can solve the problems of serious leakage and low energy density of traditional batteries, which improve the safety performance of the batteries and make the batteries lighter, thinner, and shape multiport. The diameter of fiber and porosity of membranes can be controlled by electrospinning technology, the harmony of ionic conductivity and mechanical property of GPEs could be solved. The preparation and properties of polymer gel electrolytes based on poly ( vinylidene-fluoride) ( PVDF) and polyacrylonitrile ( PAN ) nano-fiber non-woven were specially presented, respectively. The problems being overcomed and research prospects of gel polymer electrolytes by electrospun fibrous membranes for Li-ion battery were discussed.
摘要:As a noval class of functional polymer materials, the monodisperse crosslinked polystyrene (PS) microspheres have the advantages of high specific surface area, strong adsorptive, high surface activities, excellent hydrophopic,superior thermal and solvent resistance. They have a wide application future in many fields such as biomedical, standard measurement, electronic science, analytical chemistry and chromatographic separation etc. The preparation of crosslinked polymer microspheres and mechanism research of dispersion polymerization have recently become a hot point and been developed rapidly. In this paper, the dispersion polymerization mechanism of the crosslinked PS particles were mainly reviewed. The effects of the monomer,initiators,crosslinker,dispersing agent and reaction medium on controllable preparation of monodisperse crosslinked microspheres were discussed. The development trends and prospects of the micro monodisperse crosslinked PS microspheres were also put forward.
摘要:Graphene oxide(GO)/Polymer blend proton exchange membrane (PEM) is a new type of proton exchange membrane, it was been widely used in direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC),and has become one of hot topics in the study of proton exchange membrane. GO/polymer blend proton exchange membrane has high proton conduction,outstanding mechanical properties,low methanol permeability and excellent fuel cell performance. The GO processing method, preparation methods, proton conduction, the methanol resistance and ion exchange capacity of GO/polymer blend PEM and fuel cell performance, mechanism of proton transfer and mechanism of resistance methanol are reviewed in this paper.
摘要:As a new kind of functional composite material, magnetic polymer microsphere has many advantages, such as nanosize, superparamagnetism, good biocompatibility,low toxicity, so it has received more and more people's extensive and in-depth research. This review briefly introduces the preparation methods of inorganic magnetic particles and classification of magnetic polymer microspheres, mainly presents traditional preparation methods and the new methods of new technology that have emerged and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and main influence factors of preparation methods. In addition,this review introduces the latest research results in recent years and application fields, analyzes the future development trend and the existing problems of polymer microsphere.
摘要:pH-Responsive polymers have attracted much attention due to their unique ability to sense small changes in environment pH that trigger a corresponding change in the polymer ' s physical properties such as size, shape, hydrophobicity and/or degradation rate. In this paper, the polymerization methods (such as anionic polymerization, GTP, ATRP, RAFT polymerization, etc. ) and characterization methods (NMR, tri-GPC, DLS, SANS, TEM, SEM and AFM) of pH-responsive polymer are reviewed after a short introduction of pH-responsive polymer and its classification.
摘要:The Foamed Polypropylene (PP) and polypropylene/inorganic nanoparticles composites samples were prepared with different kinds of inorganic nanoparticles in the same volume expansion ratio using a injection molding machine equipped with volume-adjustable cavity,and the foaming behavior was investigated. It was found that cell structure of pure Polypropylene was deteriorated, however the introduction of inorganic nanoparticles improved the rheological property and crystallization onset temperature of polymer melt, and the cell structure deterioration was suppressed, and the foaming behavior of Polypropylene composites was excellently improved. The results show that the PP/OMMT foamed composite had the best cell morphological structure. The cell diameter and density were 24. 6um and 2 × 106 cell/ cm3 respectively.
摘要:The hemicellulose super absorbent resin was prepared by conventional thermal polymerization and microwave radiation technology respectively, using acrylic acid as grafting monomer, ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as initiator, N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent. Its structure and pattern were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. It was the first time to use the waste liquid produced during the preparation of viscose fiber which contain a large amount of hemicellulose as raw material. The reaction time and water absorption property of the resin prepared by two methods were comparatively analysed. The results showed that the hemicellulose super absorbent resin were successfully synthesized by two methods, and using microwave radiation technology can significantly shorten reaction time and the product also has a higher water absorption and water absorption rate.
摘要:Polyacrylamide (PAM) is an essential additive for high temperature and salinity reservoir. In order to achieve well performance at harsh environment, PAM is required to be stable and display high viscosity at high temperature solution. Thermo-stability of PAM was greatly enhanced by copolymerization AM with temperature-stable and salt-tolerant monomers, and lots of efforts were made to summarize the achievements in this area. By contrast, less attention has been paid to the viscosity retention rate of PAM upon elevated temperature. Based on structure and solution property relationship, two aspects of recent developments about improving viscosity retention rate of PAM aqueous solution was reviewed in this article. One is increasing the rigidity of polymer chain by introducing side chain into linear PAM backbone. The other is altering the aggregation structure of PAM in water induced by supermolecular interaction in order to form physical cross-linking network. Some comments were also made on its development trend.

摘要:New progress in polymeric materials is one of the specialized and optional courses for the undergraduates majoring in polymer materials & engineering in the agricultural & forestry universities. According to the features of agricultural & forestry universities and requirements of personal training, it is anticipated that the students' horizons were expected to be broadened and their theoretical and specialized knowledge was enriched by adjusting contents of curriculum teaching, improving teaching methods, and actively exploring means of assessment and examination and so on. Through these above explorations in teaching reformation,the students' interests in studying and scientific research as well as their practical abilities in analyzing and trouble-shooting problems, are also expected to be developed, thereby meeting the demands of society and scientific research for professional individuals.

摘要:"Polymer chemistry experiment" is one of the key courses for studying the knowledge of polymer science for the undergraduates. The experiment contents of this course are required to reflect the main concept and principle of the polymer chemistry course. As a result, the contents of this course should be normative and basic. In this scenario, the teaching goal of this course is to develop students' ability and experimental skills, to stimulate the interest of polymer science and motivate innovative thinking. In this report, we studied the teaching effectiveness of the interactive teaching method in this course : 1) vary the conditions of some experiments, and made the results that was different to the standards answer, 2) increase the frequency of the communications between teacher vs. students and students vs. students, 3) change the assessment method of the course for the students, and 4) use a questionnaire for evaluating the teaching effectiveness of interactive classroom teaching method in this course. The results of the questionnaire strongly supported that the interactive teaching method favored the learning of the student in the course. This paper provides a useful reference to the teachers for the course of polymer chemistry experiment.
摘要:Polymer chemistry is an important basic course for the students majored in materials especially polymer materials. As a relatively young subject,some concepts and theories of polymer chemistry are still in continuous improvement. From the viewpoint of student as the first priority, we discuss the content and form of discussion-style teaching mode in polymer chemistry and establish the corresponding evaluation system. The efficient integration of the discussion-style teaching mode into the course greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of the students and improves their comprehensive qualities, leading to a solid foundation for subsequent courses.
