      摘要:Epoxy resins constitute an important class of thermosets which are used extensively with excellent properties. However, the inherent brittleness as a result of high crosslinking density has greatly limited their applications in certain areas. Therefore, the toughening modification of epoxy resins has become the focus of research. In this review,recent advances on toughening epoxy resins based on some major toughening materials such as rubbers,silicones,thermoplastics, dendrimers, block polymers,and nanofillers have been summarized systematically. In addition, the toughening mechanism of various materials have been briefly described,and meanwhile, the research on toughening modification of epoxy resin has been analyzed and prospected.

      摘要:Calcium alginate hydrogel has been applied widely in tissue engineering because of its high water absorption, bio-compatibility and biodegradability. The most commonly used method is to prepare calcium alginate hydrogel by reaction of sodium alginate and calcium ions. However, the calcium ions are free diffusion in the solution, which cannot control the physiological structure of the gelation,and restrict the application of calcium alginate hydrogel. Therefore, how to produce calcium alginate hydrogels simply with specific physiological structure has become a hot spot of research in recent years. The preparation of Calcium alginate hydrogel based on electrodeposition method can control the timing and location of calcium ions precipitation,so that it is possible to get calcium alginate hydrogel with any structure. The principle of calcium alginate hydrogel prepared by electrodeposition is reviewed. The factors that influence the gelation of electrodeposition are discussed. The application and development of electrodeposition method are summarized and prospected.

      摘要:With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, more and more attentions are paid to the facile treatment of oily waste water. Oil-water emulsion is the main component of oilfield production fluids, and it is also a major difficulty in the treatment of oily wastewater. Untreated oil-water emulsions not only has a fatal impact on the environment and human health, but also causes a large amount of waste of oil resources and economic losses. Therefore, the separation of oil-water emulsions has caused widespread attention. This paper reviews three new types of materials for the treatment of oil-water emulsions: polymer membranes,porous polymer foams, and magnetic nanoparticles. Their preparation, application and advantages in the treatment of oil-water emulsions are also described and discussed in detail. The future trends of the polymeric materials and preparation for effectively treating oil-water emulsions are also prospected.

      摘要:Polyethylene pipe is important for the transportation of gas, water supply and drainage. However, the diversification of the service environment leads to the inevitable aging of polyethylene pipes. Therefore, it is very important to study the aging behavior of polyethylene pipe aging in different environments and how to prolong its service life. This paper introduces the influencing factors of aging of polyethylene materials,the main mechanism of aging of polyethylene pipes and the main research methods of aging of polyethylene pipes. The recent research progress on the thermal aging behavior and stress cracking behavior of PE pipes has been reviewed. It is of great importance for prolonging the service life of PE pipes, and it provides a reference for the application of PE pipe in engineering field.

      摘要:Based on the living anionic polymerization, three star tri-polymers of styrene and dienes (S-IBS) were successfully synthesized with divinylbenzene (DVB) as coupling agent. Their average grafted number (AGN) was above 7.0 and the efficiency for coupling (CE) was about 93%. Then, the hydrogenated star polymers ( HS-IBS) were also successfully prepared. The efficiency for hydrogenation was above 95%,and the calculation for composition of copolymers was established. The copolymers of HS-IBS were regarded as tri-polymers of ethylene,propylene and styrene (E-P-St), thus the 13C and 1H NMR method were used for characterization and calculation. The results between calculated compositions after hydrogenation, feed ratios and before hydrogenation showed the minimal error below 1%. This also described the calculation method exhibited good precision in the analysis of hydrogenated tri-polymers.

      摘要:SKPc was extracted from Strigaasiatica ( L. ) O. Ktze. SKPc which was deproteinized and decolorized was isolated and purified using DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex G-100 and got SKP: . High performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) indicated that SKP1* was a homogeneity polysaccharide, and the average molecular weight of SKP1* was approximately 14852 u. The water-soluble polysaccharide SKP1* has been analyzed by GC, it was composed of Glu, Ara, Gal, Xyl, Man, Rha,with a molar ratio of 2. 5:2. 0:0. 85:0. 4:0. 5:1. 0. The most of the sugar residues were existed as β-configuration. And the main chain was made up of β-(1→3)Ara, and β-(1→6)Gal, on average. The side chain was composed of β- (1→4 or 1→5) -Rha and (1→6, 1→4, 1→2) -Glc. The terminal residue was composed of Ara, Man, Gal and Glc. The scavenging rates of the SKP1* on hydroxyl was good.

      摘要:To enhance the interfacial compatibility between bamboo fiber (BF) and polylactic acid(PLA),the copolymer of PLA grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA-g-PLA,GPLA) was synthesized by melt grafting approach using dicumyl peroxide as initiator, the influences of GPLA addition on the interfacial morphology and properties of BF/PLA composites were investigated, and the interfacial compatibilization effect of GPLA was compared with silane coupling agent(KH550) and MDI. The result showed that,the GPLA showed great interfacial compatibilization and properties improvement for the BF/PLA composites, which was much better than the compatibilization efficiency by using MDI or KH550. The BF/PLA composites with 16% mass fraction of GPLA (towards the composites) provided the optimum properties, with an improvement of 72. 10% in tensile strength, 118. 1% in flexural strength, 81. 6% in notched impact strength, 200% in elongation at break and 28. 39% in vicat softing point respectively, and a decrease of 31. 6% in water adsorption compared with those without GPLA.

      摘要:Significant visco-elasticity can be regarded as the fundamental performance of polymeric materials. In this paper, the fundamental equation to describe the visco-elasticity of polymeric materials in many books is used as set point, and combined the knowledges from the courses of polymer physics, mechanics of materials and rheology to fully discuss the non-essential and essential factors of visco-elasticity response. The observed time and external imposed force σ are regarded as non-essential factors. Those parameters of modulus G,delayed time τ and bulk viscosity are regarded as essential, because they are more close related to structure of polymer. Effects of observed time, external force σ,modulus G,delayed time τ and bulk viscosity on visco-elasticity are concretely and fully discussed. Polymer visco-elasticity appears not only in the state of solid,but also in the states of melt and concentrated solution.

      摘要:According to the status and existing problems of the polymer materials characterization experiment, combined with the actual situation of our school, the diversified experiment teaching teams and diversified teaching methods were put forward. Through the rationalization of teaching time, refined preview information, application of modern information technology, strengthen the teaching ability to enrich preparation before class. By adding the visiting study method, assessment drive interaction, elite teaching, specified demonstration and the whole of tracking, scientific research into teaching to interest the teaching methods. Through the gradient experiment report and writing essay instead of experimental form to novel the assessment of the experimental achievement. In this paper,construction the experimental teaching methods of seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times,and cultivation of innovative,applied and professional talents were studied.

      摘要:The course of Polymeric Processing Equipment is an important course for polymer materials processing technology specialty, for training the capacity to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment according to specifications and quality standards. To satisfy the talent demand under the development of industrialization, automation, intelligence in polymer industry, the innovation ability training was integrated into the teaching reform of Polymeric Processing Equipment. With their uses, working principles and structure of polymeric processing equipment for foundation, the teaching reform and practice was carried out,including optimization of course content, perfection of teaching resources, improvement of teaching method and reforming of examination. Results found that the curricular arrangement was appropriate,the reform in educational methods was effective, and the students' comprehensive competence was improved.
