      摘要:Microbial infection has serious negative effects on human health and economy, especially in the fields of medical treatment and public health, food safety, etc. Antibacterial agent is the effective measure to control microorganism growth and reproduction. Comparing with inorganic, organic and natural antibacterial agents, antibacterial polymers are becoming a research hotspot because of their high density of effective functional groups,low toxicity and long-time antibacterial effect. This paper mainly introduced the fabrication method, types and antibacterial mechanism of antibacterial polymers. Based on the literatures of antibacterial polymeric materials within recent five years, the applications of antibacterial polymers in the fields of medical, food and textile were summarized.

      摘要:Polymer foams have been widely applied in packing, buildings, heat insulation, sound absorption, engineering tissue, oil sorption due to their porous structure, light weight, good impact toughness, low thermal conductivity and good acoustic absorption, etc. Compared to foams with uniform cell structures, microcellular foams with bimodal cell structures show better physical properties, as the small cells can render good properties, while the large cells can reduce the apparent density of materials. In the recent years, microcellular foams with bimodal cell structures have attracted lots of attention. In this paper, the latest research progress of polymer microcellular foams with bimodal cell structures is reviewed, including the preparation methods, performances and applications of foams with bimodal cell structures in mechanics, sound absorption, heat insulation and tissue engineering, and aspects worthy of in-depth studies and prospects in the future.

      摘要:The polymers with the aggregation-induced emission ( AIE) effect usually contain π-π conjugated chromophore. Recently, polymers containing unconventional chromophores, such as aliphatic amine, carbonyl, ester group et al.,can also emit eye-catching bright fluorescence under appropriate conditions. Compared with conjugated photoluminescent polymers, containing benzene and heterocyclic ring,nonconjugated photoluminescent polymers show lower toxicity and better environmental friendly. Therefore, nonconjugated photoluminescent polymers have potential application in biological probe, drug delivery, and bioimaging. However, it is a big challenge to reveal the mechanism of photoluminescence, which is now controversial. In this paper, the photoluminescence mechanism and the latest application research of the polymers are analyzed, based on the species of polymers,including hyperbranched poly(amidoamine),poly (amino ester), poly(ethylenimine), polysiloxanes.

      摘要:In view of the fact that thermosetting plastics cannot be reused, people have successfully prepared vitrimer materials on the basis of cross-linked covalent networks. Covalent adaptive networks may be classified into two groups depending on their exchange mechanism, one is dissociative covalent adaptive networks, represented by the most typical Diels-Alder reaction, which is widely used in the repeated use of materials, self-repairing and so on; The second group is associative covalent adaptive networks, commonly based on the transesterification mechanism, which is also the structural basis used by vitrimer materials. This paper mainly reviews the characteristics of vitrimer materials and discusses the progress of vitrimer materials in recent years based on the different mechanisms of transesterification,transamination, alkyl transfer and DNA sequence.

      摘要:The superabsorbent resin has become an indispensable material in all areas of the national economy by virtue of superior water absorption and water retention. However, the slow water absorption, poor salt tolerance,low gel strength and other issues of traditional super absorbent resin have restricted its development. In view of the increasingly obvious defects in the traditional superabsorbent resin, researchers have begun to study the synthesis and processing new methods of reducing resin production cost, improving biodegradability of resin, gel strength, water absorption and salt tolerance, so as to promote the use of products. Based on the recent research in this field,this paper summarizes the current performance defects of the superabsorbent resin, and puts forward the corresponding modification strategy to improve the comprehensive performance of the water absorbent resin.

      摘要:By using polyether polyol (N330、N220),polyester polyol (PNA) and liquefied diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as the main raw materials, the flexible polyurethane foam was prepared by one-step method. The structure,tensile strength, resiliency, thermal stability and cell structure of foam products were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, tensile experiment, rebound experiment, thermogravimetric analysis and optical microscope observation. The effects of the feed ratio of PNA and the proportions of different catalysts on the property and cell structure of the polyurethane foam were discussed. The results showed that the foam products performed best with 15 % PNA added; and the cell structure of resulted polyurethane foam was uniform and displayed satisfied mechanical properties when the proportion of bis (2- dimethylaminoethyl)ether(A-l), triethanolamine(TEOA) and stannous octoate(T-9) was 0. 1:0. 6:0. 2.

      摘要:A novel tumor targeted pH-sensitive ZnO@ (Polyacrylic acid-polyethylene glycol-Folic acid ( ZnO@ ( PAA- PEG-FA)) QDs was formed by electrostatic interaction of the carboxyl of PAA-PEG-FA and amino of ZnO QDs. Doxorubicin (DOX) was loaded on the ZnO@ (PAA-PEG-FA) QDs through coordination to form drug controlled release/ imaging QDs, ZnO@ (PAA-PEG-FA)-DOX. PAA-PEG-FA polymer and ZnO QDs were characterized by 1 H-NMR and IR. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the ZnO@(PAA-PEG-FA) QDs were spherical with an average diameter of about 10nm. The results of DOX release show that DOX released well from ZnO@ (PAA-PEG-FA) QDs in lysosomes/endosomes of cancer cell (pH 5),and only little DOX released in the process of drug delivery ( pH 7. 4). Therefore, the tumor targeted pH responsive ZnO QDs have potential application as anticancer drug carriers.

      摘要:A new type of dialkyl group hypophosphite flame retardant was synthesized in this paper. The dicyclohexenyl sodium hypophosphite was first prepared via cyclohexene and sodium hypophosphite, and then reacted in free radical initiator and normal pressure conditions with ethanol as the solvent. Dicyclohexenyl aluminum hypophosphite (DCAH) was obtained by adding aluminum sulfate. Molecular structures were characterized by FT-IR. Phosphorus and carbon element contents were measured by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope. Product thermostability was analyzed via thermogravimetric analyzer. Flame retardant properties were investigated by adding DCAH to polyamide (PA); limiting oxygen index (LOI) and vertical burning were determined. The influences of initiator species,initiator dosage, temperature, and reaction time on target product yield were discussed,and synthesis condition was optimized. The effect of DCAH additive content was also studied. Benzoperoxide was the best initiator, and the optimum dosage was 5%. The product could yield up to 84% when reacted for 10 h at 85℃. LOI was 34. 1 %, and flame class was FV-0, whereas 12% DCAH was added to PA material.

      摘要:In order to study the macromolecule structure of Fuxin long flame coal, the CYM-9 coal sample which is closest to the average value was selected as the experimental sample by measuring the industrial analysis and elemental analysis of 12 coal samples, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and uniaxial compression experiments were used to study coal samples,the microcrystalline structure parameters and mechanical properties of coal were further analyzed by comparing with the characteristics of Fushun long flame coal. The results show that the basic structure parameters of CYM-9 coal sample were as follows : aromatic hydrogen ratio () was 0.47, hydrogen/atomic ratio ( H/C) was 0.858,aromatic carbon ratio () was 0.747,aliphatic hydrocarbon branch length (CH3 /CH2 ) was 0. 617,compared with Fushun long flame coal structure, its aromatic carbon ratio was larger,aromatic nucleus condensation degree was bigger, aromatic structure unit arrangement order was more regular;The XRD pattern pf coal samples had two peaks with 002 peak and 100 peak,the layer spacing(d002 ) was 0. 3816 nm,the stacking height (Lc) was 1. 2462 nm, the layer diameter (La) was 1. 0136 nm, and the number of aromatic piles (N) was 4. 26; The average peak strength of the coal sample was 9. 24MPa,the average strain value was 23. 58× 10-3,and the average elastic modulus was 405MPa.

      摘要:This paper introduces the author' s teaching experience on the teaching reform of the course of Polymer Materials (Research Methods in Materials Sciences). The authors put the idea of "Flipped-Classroom"into the teaching process, encourage the students to collect,organize and understand the information of research frontiers of polymer materials, and allow them to introduce their findings and comprehension. Then, the students and the authors discuss further about the research frontiers. This process stimulates the students' interest in learning,and thus results in a good teaching effect.

      摘要:With the gradual implementation of the strategy of "accelerating the development of modern vocational education" and the deepening of the system reform of higher education in China, a large number of local universities are facing with the urgent task of the transition to the application-oriented university. The applied talent training mode of polymer materials and engineering major in Minjiang University was constructed from four aspects in recent years, the construction of specialty cluster, the design of talent cultivation program, the guidance on major recognition, and the construction of talent training platform. The explorations and achievements of this talent training mode construction was introduced in this paper, which may provide useful experience and reference to the applied talent cultivation of polymer materials and engineering major in local universities.
