      摘要:With the advantages of high selectivity, stability and long life, molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) has characteristics of specific recognition. As we all know, MIP has became a frontier research in chemistry and material science. The advantages and disadvantages of synthetic methods are analyzed and the status of the current research and progress of intelligent MIP are discussed in this paper. At the same time, it summarizes the preparation of MIP by analyzing the research status and applications such as pH sensitivity, light intelligence and temperature sensitive. All in all, the application and progress about this intelligent material in the future was explored based on the related prospect.

      摘要:The thermal conductivity of rubber is very poor. But many fields need thermal conductive rubber materials to satisfy the requirement of application. Therefore, people pay more attention to the research of the thermal conductive rubber. In the present paper, the effects of the types, shape, particle size and the dispersion of filler in the rubber matrix, together with the interface bonding state between rubber and filler, on the thermal conductivity of rubber composites are summarized. The thermal conductive mechanism was analyzed from the experiments viewpoint, and the physical and mathematical models of the thermal conductive rubber, which could predict their thermal conductive performance, were also reviewed. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of these models and their applicable range were analyzed as well. In the last section, the application fields and the future development of thermal conductive rubber were also introduced.

      摘要:3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, refers to the technology which can create a 3D solid object increasing successive layers of materials based on 3D mathematical model and data. As one of the core technologies in the third industrial revolution, 3D printing material is the core factor of 3D printing technology development and application. Polymer plays an important role in printing materials, among which polymer composites have obvious advantages. This paper reviews the research status of polymer materials and polymer composite material, including polymer wires, photosensitive resin, polymer powder, polymer gel and other polymer materials and prospects the development of polymer materials in the fied of 3D printing in future.

      摘要:The triphenylene liquid crystalline material can be self-assembled into columnar phase which cause wide applications in photoelectric material,functional molecular films,information storage and so on.The synthesis methods of triphenylene derivatives are simple and the derivatives have a very good photoelectric properties, which have attracted much attentions of the researchers. The triphenylene liquid crystalline polymers can be divided into different types and their synthesis methods are not the same. The synthesis of triphenylene liquid crystalline polymers will be briefly introduced, and at the same time the applications of triphenylene liquid crystalline polymers will be summarized.

      摘要:The trans-1,4-poly(butadiene-co-isoprene) rubber (TBIR) was modified by environment-friendly aromatic oil (TDAE) with different weight fraction (0,5,10,15 phr) and the effects of extending oil on the TBIR rubbers,TBIR compounds and TBIR vulcanizates were studied in details.The results showed that with the increase in extending oil, the Mooney viscosity of the TBIR rubbers and TBIR compounds decreased,as well as improved extrusion appearance and weakened Payne effect of the oil extended TBIR compounds. The TBIR vulcanizates with 5~10phr oil presented outstanding 1st crack resistance (23 times higher) than that of the TBIR vulcanizate, as well as the reduced loss factor, increased tear strength, lower hardness and almost unchanged tensile strength and modulus. TEM test showed that the carbon black dispersion in the oil extended TBIR vulcanizates was improved. DSC measurement indicated the existence of crystalline domains in the TBIR vulcanizates. The TBIR vulcanizate with 10phr extending oil possessed the satisfied performances.

      摘要:The influences of the polymeric surfactant on the interface properties of simulation produced liquid during polymeric surfactant flooding were studied in the paper. These interface parameters were interfacial tension, diffusion zeta potential, interface viscoelasticity and strength of interface film. The influence law of polymeric surfactant on properties of oil-water interface was investigated. The results showed that polymeric surfactant with surfactant and polymer performance was adsorbed at oil-water interface for amphiphilic properties, and the stable interface film was formed. The interfacial tension of simulation produced liquid during polymeric surfactant flooding was reduced, and the interfacial strength increased. Moreover, the interfacial tension was decreased, and the strength of interface film was increased with the increasing of the concentration of polymeric surfactant. Among the four types of studied polymeric surfactant, the effect of Ⅲ(O/W) polymeric surfactant on the interface properties of simulation produced liquid during polymeric surfactant flooding was better than other polymeric surfactant.

      摘要:In view of the donor-acceptor (D-A) copolymers used in the active layer of organic solar cells at present, the selection of D-A donor materials is the key problem in the design of highly efficient organic solar cells. In this paper, we selected 10 D units and A units respectively, using the first principles density functional method, studied the energy gap changes of D,A unit and its corresponding copolymer structure. The results show that the number of thiophene ring when thiophene fused thiophene ring and the number of benzene ring when thiophene fused benzene ring can effectively modulate the size and the position of the band gap; In the same time, the position of the S atom on the thiophene ring also has a certain influence on the band gap; Based on this, three kinds of polymers with smaller band gap value are selected, which are thieno thiophene(TT), 4,4-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-germolo dithiophene(DTG)and diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)as monomer. The electronic structure characteristics of three kinds of high short-circuit current donor material PDTG-PT, PNTz4T and DPPTT-T have been studied. By analyzing the molecular chain conformation, Bader charge transfer and binding energy of the donor, it is indicated that they are the ideal choice for the D-A type donor materials of organic solar cells with high short-circuit current. This study provides valuable guidance for the design of D-A type of organic solar cells with high short-circuit current.

      摘要:Marcroporous crosslinked poly(N-methyl-acrylamide) resin(PNMAM) was synthesized via carrier marcroporous crosslinked polyacrylamide resin(PAM). The adsorption isotherms of tannin from aqueous solution onto resin were determined. Adsorption mechanism and adsorption thermodynamics were studied.

      摘要:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of C.I. pigment red 31 and make it more suitable for water-based ink, 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoyl-(4’-chlorine-2’, 5’-dimethoxy) aniline (naphthol AS-LC) was selected to participate in the coupling agent preparation of 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoyl m-nitroaniline (naphthol AS-BS), and then carry out the coupling reaction with the diazonium salt 3-amino-4-methoxy benzoyl aniline (red base KD). Thus the hydrophilic C.I. pigment red 31 was obtained. The contact angle, SEM, color capability and thermogravimetric analysis show that the crystal morphology of the pigment modified by naphthol AS-LC can be changed from long strip to disk shape. When the dosage is 5%(mol), the contact angle between pigment and water can be reduced to 53.4°, the pigment particle size and particle size distribution narrow down,the hydrophilic property can be best. The coupling of naphthol AS-LC and naphthol AS-BS results the pigment hues convert into red and blue to some extent, and the color difference (ΔE) is small, with a value of 0.52. The pigment crystal begins to decompose when it is heated to 270℃ in nitrogen, it is obvious that the pigment has reached the standard of high temperature resistant pigment. Compared with traditional pigment, The dispersity, rheological properties and other printability of the pigment prepared by this method are obviously better.

      摘要:Due to the influence of the rubber tree strain, planting climate and soil, field management, processing technology and so on, there were large differences in the quality of concentrated natural rubber latex between native and imported. The brand of Baodao and Meilian from Hainan, Guangken-1 from Maoming, Guangken-2 from Yangjiang, Huangchunfa and Sankeshu from Thailand were obtained.And the comparison about the quality of these latex were studied, including molecular weight and its distribution, particle size distribution, the kind and content of fatty acids, the concentration of metal ions, zeta potential, the mechanical stability and the content of fatty acids.The results showed that the average molecular weight of native latex was relatively small and showed wide molecular weight distribution. The average particle size of imported latex was larger and it’s particle size distribution was narrow. The contents of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids of imported latex were higher than native latex. Huangchunfa, comparing to the others, the contents of Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+ were the lowest and it got the best colloidal stability. The mechanical stability of imported latex was higher during storage, and the volatile fatty acid was lower.

      摘要:Chitosan can not be solubled in water,this disadvantage limits its wide applications. The chitosan is further degraded into chitooligosaccharide with the same structural unit. chitooligosaccharide are not only solubled in water, but also have better antibacterial effect and broader antibacterial spectrum, which have a good application prospects in medicine, agriculture, industry and other fields. The preparation methods of chitooligosaccharide were mainly chemical, physical and biological enzymatic hydrolysis. Among them, H2O2 oxidation degradation method is an efficient, rapid and non-polluting method. In this review, the influence factors of the reaction mechanism, reaction and its application prospect about chitooligosaccharide which were prepared by H2O2 oxidation degradation method was reviewed. And the research group prepared COS under neutral conditions by H2O2 further degradation CTS that got from Tenebrio molitor skin, the optimal conditions were:50℃, 10% H2O2, 1% CTS, 5h; The molecular weight was about 7000Da, the yield reached 85%, the product color was light yellow.

      摘要:Generally, polymer is an insulator due to that polymer chain connected by the covalent single bond does not contain free electrons (carriers). In addition, macromolecular chains are coherent with each other through Van der Waals forces, and hence have large distance between them resulting in poor electron clouds overlapping, so that it is much difficult for carriers’ delocalization. Likewise, polymer even with π-bond and conductive electrons, such as polyacetylene, is nonconductive as well. The reason is the one-dimensional chain structure in which Peierls instability occurs.

      摘要:It is of great significance to improve the students’ capacities of motility, criticalness and practical ability for the training of innovative talents. The curriculum system of fundamental professional experiments is now facing the challenges on how to stimulate the aspiration and innovativeness of the college students. Being a required professional experimental course, Polymer Chemistry Experiment will and must take some adaptive methods to meet the tendency of the talent cultivation. Under the premise of solidifying the basic theoretical principles and experimental skills, more attractive and applicable experimental background should be introduced to guide the students. With the well-designed experimental contents, the teaching mode of independent research would free the students’ minds and improve their innovative research abilities. Based on practical experience from recent years, the experiment of "Preparation and Performance Research of Hydrogels" has been carried out as the pilot teaching project to explore the potential possibilities of the comprehensive architecture for independent research and exploration. Generally, four new research workshops derived from the classic solution polymerization experiment according to the diverse application background, which all have been approved with excellent teaching performance. We believe that, the guidance towards the independent capacities for scientific research in the teaching practice will be the possible tendency for the polymer chemistry experimental courses in the future.

      摘要:At present, college students’ attitudes and cognition toward elective courses have great problems. They think that the elective courses are boring and boring, the examinations are easy, and choosing elective courses in order to get enough credits, thus the teaching effect is not very satisfactory. Based on many years of teaching practice, this paper introduced the teaching reform of the optional course of polymer science for non-polymer majors, and described the interactive teaching methods and interesting teaching methods, and according to the characteristics of the school and the students’ knowledge background, the examination methods of elective courses are improved, and put forward how to cultivate the active learning habits of students. Finally, on the basis of the problems and shortcomings in the teaching of elective courses, this paper gives the measures of education reform. By with the continuous improvement of interesting teaching methods, the students’ innovative thinking can be improved and the quality of elective teaching are ensured.
