摘要:This review focused on the latest research progress in the design of novel structures, synthetic strategies and applications of SPOPs. The syntheses of SPOPs could be achieved by several ways, such as using contorted monomers, hyper-branched polymerization strategy, polymerization in confined space and so on. It’s worth mentioning that all the contorted monomers used for building up porous polymers have been summarized, and the corresponding novel structures of SPOPs have been collected in this review. The applications of SPOPs based on their specific structures have been developed, which included selective separation of gases, new strategies of heterogeneous catalysis and energy materials. By tuning the pore size, functional groups and membrane morphology carefully, the properties of SPOPs have exceeded those of traditional commercial polymers. It is predictable that, more attention will be attracted towards the research in the field of SPOPs in the near future, especially when the structural diversity development is concerned, as well as novel polymerizations towards them and expanding their new applications. And it will be the research hot topics in the field of porous materials.

摘要:Fluorescent labeled silica has advantages of good biocompatibility, high luminescence intensity and stable performance. It is not only a good tracer material and drug carrier, but also an excellent reinforcing filler, which makes fluorescence-labeled silica been widely used in the fields of biological medicine and polymer composites. In order to achieve better fluorescent labeling effect, it is very important to select the appropriate fluorescent markers and labeling methods. In this paper, the synthesis and application of fluorescent silica were reviewed from the aspects of maker species selection, synthesis method and application research. And the future research direction and application prospect in biological medicine and polymer composites were also prospected.
摘要:Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs) are a type of polyester synthesized by microorganisms in the form of inclusion body. The polyesters are developing as the alternatives of traditional petroleum-based plastics because of its biodegradability and biocompatibility. The kind of mediums result in the difference of biopolymers in types, characteristics and cost. The carbon sources are the main nutrients for biosynthesis. However, expensive carbon sources increase the cost of PHA biosynthesis, which limits large-scale production and application in PHA. Therefore, it is very significant to explore the proper and inexpensive carbon sources and the utilization ways of inexpensive carbon sources. The types of microorganisms are introduced. The inexpensive carbon sources, the utilization ways of inexpensive carbon sources and properties and applications of PHA are reviewed. The screening and utilization of inexpensive carbon sources are expected to cut down the cost of PHA biosynthesis remarkably and enhance economics and competitiveness in PHA.

摘要:The introduction of self-repairing function can increase the service life of polymer materials, and the excellent self-repairing polymer materials has become a hot research direction in this field.As the rapid development of flexible electronic device,healable electronic devices are being developed to increase the reliability and service life of device due to the mechanical damage caused by bending,folding,cutting and so on.In this paper,a brief overview is firstly given of the types of self-healing polymers.Then,The application and research progress of self-repairing materials that are used for a series of flexible electronic device of thixotropic sensors, flexible supercapacitors and flexible lithium ion batteries are mainly reviewed.In addition, the paper also looks forward to its future development.
摘要:A series of water-soluble macroinitiators derived from polyethyleneimine(HPEI) were used to initiate the SET-LRP of DMAEMA at 0℃ in aqueous solution. The polymers prepared were characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR and GPC. The effects of DMAEMA/H2O(v/v)on polymerization were studied and the optimum condition was given. The response behavior of star-shaped PDMAEMA (H-PDMAEMA)with different amounts of arms was studied by turbidimetry. The results showed that the process is a well-controlled living radical polymerization. With the increase of the arms, the LCSTs of H-PDMAEMA decreased, the thermo sensitive property of the copolymer can be magnified by the increasing arms.the LCSTs of H-PDMAEMA. The supramolecular hydrogel was constructed by blending H-PDMAEMA with partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM). The effects of H-PDMAEMA structure on the viscosity of HPAM aqueous solution were investigated. The results show that the H-PDMAEMA can improve the viscosity of HPAM aqueous solution; with the increasing arms of H-PDMAEMA, the viscosifying ability is improved; compared with HPAM, the HPAM/H-PDMAEMA supramolecular hydrogel solution system has excellent heat resistance. In a certain range of salt concentration and shear rate, the viscosity of HPAM/H-PDMAEMA is higher than that of HPAM solution.

摘要:Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) with good blue fluorescence properties were prepared by hydrothermal method and combined with acrylic resin. Then under vacuum conditions, a visible light curing system was constructed to prepare CQDs composite films. Next, the structure and fluorescence properties of CQDs, the morphology, structure, water and solvent resistance of CQDs composite membranes were studied by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, dark box three-purpose ultraviolet analyzer, scanning electron microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer, video contact angle measuring instrument and relevant test. The results show that the CQDs with blue fluorescence are prepared. When 0.6g CQDs is added, a dense CQDs composite membrane is obtained. The composite membrane has a water absorption rate of 0.24%, a contact angle of 110.13°, good thermal stability below 150℃, good solvent resistance, and good hydrophobic effect. Finally, the curing mechanism was discussed. It is believed that carbon quantum dots have up-conversion properties, which can convert visible light in the low-energy band into ultraviolet light in the high-energy band, which in turn excites photoinitiators to generate free radicals to initiate polymerization. The curing formula and vacuum visible light curing process in this paper have high application potential and value in industry.
摘要:As the guiding direction of excellent higher education and the foundation of engineering education professional certification, the concept of outcome based education (OBE) is gradually concerned by many domestic universities. In 2017, polymer materials and engineering major of Qingdao University of Science and Technology passed the engineering education professional certification of the Washington Agreement. This paper introduces the revision and practice of the training objectives of this major based on the OBE from the establishment of revision procedure and system, the practice of the revision basis and the interpretation of the revised training objectives. The purpose is to improve the institutionalization of the training objectives, so as to provide reference for the professional certification of Engineering Education in this major and other majors.

摘要:This paper analyzes the shortage of the modern material testing methods course of polymer materials and engineering major in Changzhou University. The reform was carried out from the curriculum content, teaching means, online courses construction and practice teaching. The teaching content was optimized, and the correlation between different sections was strengthened, the organic coordination of classroom teaching and online course was realized, and the instrument types for practice teaching was enriched. Through a series of reforms, students can master the practical application of a variety of testing methods, by which to analyze and solve the complex problems in polymer materials, and their engineering practice ability was significantly improved. In addition, through the connection of knowledge points in the course, students' cognition in polymer material structure and performance was systematically strengthened, and their interest in professional learning and innovation consciousness were improved.

Painting Coatings and Technology is one of the core courses in the corrosion and protection direction of metal materials engineering major in our school, which plays an important role in teaching students theoretical knowledge, training students to solve problems in actual production and establishing students' innovative and entrepreneurial thinking. 摘要:"Polymer Preparation Engineering" acts as strong support for graduation requirements due to engineering education accreditation. According to "New Three-centered Theory" this paper explored deliberately in the teaching design of this course, proposed the statements of establishing cultivating objective to satisfy national strategic and social needs, applying suitable forward-looking teaching content and comprehensively using case-teaching, heuristic teaching and taskdriven teaching, in order to promote the self-regulated learning. The reform should also be realized by appropriate process assessment during daily teaching. The reform target is for establishing and enhancing students’ learning motivation, optimizing learning outcomes, and integrating knowledge, literacy and capability, therefore, providing spiritual impetus and intellectual support for the career development of graduates.
摘要:The course of Polymer Materials Processing is an important compulsory subject for students major in materials in Colleges of Engineering, it is closely related to national life and industrial production, and has favorable conditions to carry out the ideological and political education. In the paper, some disadvantages of the integration of major courses and ideological and political education in colleges are introduced. Moreover, the ideological and political elements in Polymer Material Processing are carefully sorted out. Furthermore, with some detailed examples in the teaching activities, we could actively explore and dig out the ideological and political education function in the construction of major courses through teaching reform. Some specific measures combined with ideological and political education are proposed. On this basis, the ideological and political education in professional teaching work could be more targeted and more effective, and ultimately achieve the purpose of moral education.
