      摘要:In recent years, polymer nanomaterials have been used in the research of drug delivery system. The stimuliresponsive polymer nanocarriers has become a research hotspot because of its good drug loading stability and biocompatibility. The responsive polymer nanocarrier can achieve the purpose of controlled drug release by giving appropriate stimulation under various internal or external conditions. In this study, we describe the research progress of several single stimuli and multiple stimuli-responsive polymer materials and their advantages for carriers of anticancer drugs. Meanwhile, we put forward the perspective on the study of polymer nanomaterials, which can provide some reference for the research.

      摘要:Photo-chemistry has attracted widespread attention of researchers due to its easily-operating and environmentfriendly technology. Photo-Induced living/controlled atom transfer radical polymerization and click chemistry (Photo- Induced ATRP/Click) is an effective method to accurately synthesize polymers with various topological structures. In the past decade, photo-induced ATRP/Click technique has been used frequently in the preparation of polymers, and more and more macromolecules with complex structures and special functions have been prepared by the technique. In this paper, the recent development in the field was summarized and the emphases were on the preparation of block, graft, cyclic and other topological polymers through photo-induced ATRP/Click. In addition, the applications of these polymers in pharmaceutical carriers, bio-materials, photo-electrics and thermal-sensitive materials were reviewed.

      摘要:Polyurethane (PU), an organic polymer composite material with the superior properties, is currently one of the most widely used polymers with viscoelasticity and biodegradability. PUs have been a hot topic surface materials, coatings, packaging materials, indoor floors of buildings, artificial leather and biomedicine, due to its excellent mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, workability and flexibility. Among them, the most forward-looking is that the application as a functional material in the biomedical field, such as artificial organs, tissue engineering scaffolds, wound dressings, medical membranes, and three-dimensional cell culture substrates. Based on this, this paper reviews its research progress and advanced applications in the biomedical field at home and abroad, and looks forward to its future development direction.

      摘要:In order to test the dynamic mechanical propertyof silicon rubber materials using split Hopkinson pressure bar, theeffects of the thickness of pulse shaper on thecharacteristics of incident stress wave were experimentally examined. Based on the analysis on the stress and strainuniformity in the soft viscoelastic specimens, the proper thickness of pulse shaper was determined. The experiment tests and numerical simulations were carried out to analyze the effects of specimen size on the deformation characteristics and dynamic mechanical properties of silicon rubber. The results showed that for the specimens with thickness higher than 3mm, it is hard to achieve the equilibrium state of contact pressures on the two ends of the specimen to the pressure bars. The nonuniform deformation of specimen can cause the stress plateau and even stress softening in the tested stress-strain curves at high strain rate deformation. The dynamical mechanical properties of the soft silicon rubber at different strain rate deformation were tested. A hyper-viscoelastic constitutive modelconsisting of hyperelasitic and viscoelastic constitutive equationswas used to describe the dynamic mechanical behavior of the rubbermaterial. A new parameter fitting method was put forward for the viscoelastic parameter calculation of the viscoelastic model, and they could be conveniently calculated by the proposed method.

      摘要:The work aims to explore the application of the nature Miscanthus floridulus flower fibers (Mf-fiber) in oilwater separation and to realize high-value utilization of the agricultural resources.The wax content and density of the fiber were tested and the morphological characteristics of the fibers were observed.Static contact angles of pure water and different oil agents on the surface of fibers were measured. Static oil absorbency,oil retention performance and reusability of Mf-fibers to different oil agents were analyzed,and the effects of pH value and the temperature of vegetable oil-water system on the oil absorbency of Mf-fibers were discussed. The separation function for oil/water mixture of Mf-fibers was preliminarily probed. The results show that the wax content, density and hollowness of the Mf-fiber are 4.38%, 0.669g· cm-3 and 63% respectively,it possess excellent hydrophobic and lipophilic properties,and the static contact angle of pure water on the surface of the fiber is measured to be 123.7°.The saturated oil absorption ratios for absorbing vegetable oil, lubricant oil and diesel are found to be 15.23, 22.15 and 26.65g/g,and the oil retention rates all reach 70.0% after 5 h gravity leaching.After 6 cycles,the oil absorption rates decrease by 31.9%, 19.1% and 21.7% respectively.The vegetable oil absorption of fiber under alkaline condition is lower than that under acidic condition and decreases with the increase of vegetable oil-water system’s temperature.The separation efficiency of the fiber for three oil agents reaches 98% after initially filtration,therefore Mf-fibers can be used as oil-water separation material.

      摘要:Firstly, the carrier of chitosan grafted with cyclodextrin (CS-CA-β-CD) was prepared by chitosan (CS), citric acid (CA) and cyclodextrin (β-CD). Then, cyclodextrin-chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose hydrogel (CS-CA-β-CD/ CMC) was prepared by CS-CA-β-CD blend with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), the structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Zeta potential and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Lastly, the release performance of paracetamol (Pa) was studied, the results showed that the drug carrier had a drug load of 76% and a encapsulation rate of 38% for paracetamol. Compared with CS-CA-β-CD/Pa, the drug (CS-CA-β-CD/CMC/Pa) had better slow release performance. Therefore, CS-CA-β-CD/CMC/Pa has a certain application prospect for the pain relief treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

      摘要:Traditional polymer chemistry experiments mainly focus on different polymerization mechanisms and polymerization methods, especially focusing on the basic theory of students and the cultivation of basic experimental skills. In the teaching process, teachers are taught and students are merely based on the specific experimental steps. The author combined with the teaching situation of polymer chemistry experiment in the past 4 years, found that in the experimental process of traditional polymer chemistry, students finished their experiments without passions and lack initiative. After the experiment, the relevant experiments will be forgotten soon. The experimental teaching effect is not good. It is important to think about how to closely link the knowledge of polymer science with people’s daily life to increase students’ interest in learning, the fun of experiment and the practical significance. This article takes "high-water-retaining household polymer fire-retardant gel "as an example to explore the feasibility of the" study-to-use" modern Polymer Chemistry Experiment. The results show that students have a strong interest in the experiment. After the experiment, most students feel that they can apply the knowledge of polymer science to solve practical problems and have a certain sense of accomplishment. The experimental teaching effect is good.

      摘要:A comprehensive experiment of preparation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) based conductive hydrogel is designed. The experimental design includes the preliminary investigation, the preparation of poly (3,4- ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT∶PSS) doped PVA hydrogels (PEDOT∶PSS/PVA), structure characterization and performance test. The composition and morphology of PEDOT∶PSS/PVA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The conductivity of PEDOT∶PSS/PVA was characterized by digital multimeter, and the mechanical properties and strain sensitivity of PEDOT∶PSS/PVA were characterized by universal tensile machine. The results showed that the PEDOT∶PSS/PVA had good mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and strain sensitivity. With the increase of PEDOT∶PSS doping, mechanical properties, the electrical conductivity and strain sensitivity of PEDOT∶PSS/PVA increased. The teaching practice has shown that the designed comprehensive experiment is beneficial for improving students’ ability to comprehensively apply materials and chemistry knowledge, as well as students’ ability to analyze and solve problems besides operational skills.

      摘要:Polymer Physics Experiment is an important part of polymer science system, and also a basic skill that must be mastered in polymer research. "Determination of mechanical properties of polymer materials" is an important experimental item in Polymer Physics Experiment. Based on the climatic feature of Xinjiang and the actual situation of Xinjiang University, this paper combined the scientific research achievements of teachers with undergraduate teaching, and designed a unique comprehensive experiment on weathering materials aging. In the process of completing the experiment, students not only understood the effect of temperature difference aging of polymer materials and its impact on mechanical properties, but also broadened students' comprehensive understanding of their major and improved their practical ability to analyze and solve problems.

      摘要:In the past 40 years, China's higher education has been greatly developed because of the reform and opening up. And the experimental instruments and equipment in colleges and universities have become more and more advanced and complete. However, the experimental content in colleges and universities still stays at the level of compilation in the 1980s and 1990s. Compared with the current development of science and technology as well as the experimental technology, our experimental content lags behind. Even more puzzling was the fact that some graduate students in engineering colleges have not yet set up higher experimental courses. Therefore, how to make the universities in our country from big to strong and so as to completely improve the comprehensive experimental ability and scientific research ability of graduate students has become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of higher education in our country. In this paper, two classical synthesis experiments of polymer chemistry, free radical chain polymerization and step polymerization, are analyzed in detail. The integration of polymer chemistry experiment and polymer physics experiment is very important to improve the comprehensive experimental ability and research ability of college students, especially for the graduate students. So the students can firmly grasp the main line including experimental synthesis of polymer materials, molecular weight determination, chemical structure characterization and properties testing, et al. It is to make students master as many as possible knowledge such as viscosity method or gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method for molecular weight test, Malvin Laser instrument for particle size analyzer and particle size distribution test, infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope test methods, and the analysis methods of thermal properties, electrical properties and mechanics performance et al., so that the students can know the whole leopard over seeing a spot. At last, this paper could provide reference and promotion for comprehensively improving the experimental ability and scientific innovation ability of graduate students.

      摘要:Ring-opening polymerization is one of important chemical reactions in chemical industry, and also is very hard section in the polymer chemistry course due to it contains many features such as chain polymerization, stepwise polymerization, and cationic (or anionic) polymerization. The authors developed a series of pithy formula about ringopening polymerization to guide the teaching course based on the features of ring-opening polymerization reaction during the practical teaching process. Moreover, the detailed illustrations could be expressed by this manuscript. The authors hope this kind of pithy formula can provide helps to teachers and students, and decrease the teaching difficulties of ring-opening polymerization section. This manuscript can help students clearly understand the mechanisms and kinetics in ring-opening polymerization.

      摘要:Local national advanced education takes the development of ethnic regions as its responsibility, and the competency based education is one of the main educational concepts promoted by local colleges. The organic combination of local national advanced education and the competency-based training model is an important path for cultivating applied talents with good theoretical literacy and strong execution ability required for regional development.This paper focused on the cultivation of applied talents in ethnic regions based on ability training, and improved the talent training model from three aspects, including talent training model, practical teaching platform, and teaching method reform. Constructed an application-oriented talent training mode led by the ability-based standard to achieve the goal of improving the quality of undergraduate education and teaching in ethnic areas. It also constructed a competency-based application-oriented talent training model to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of undergraduate education and teaching in ethnic regions.
