本文针对溶剂型EVA降凝剂有效含量低、凝点高、注入困难等问题

开展相关研究

通过高压聚合的方法合成乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)

在乳化剂作用下进行乳化

研制一种有效含量高、长期放置无分层、降凝效果优异的乳液型原油降凝剂。研究了醋酸乙烯酯的加入量、聚合温度、压力、乳化剂种类、乳化温度及搅拌速率等条件对EVA乳液的影响。较佳工艺条件为:反应压力20MPa;反应温度80℃;醋酸乙烯酯与溶剂比例为3∶4;复合乳化剂为AEO-3∶油酸钠=1∶3;乳化温度90℃;搅拌转数1500r/min。该乳液降凝剂具有稳定性高、分散性好的优点

应用于尼日尔原油

可使降凝幅度达到12℃。

Abstract

In this paper

related research was carried out on the problems of low effective content of solvent-based EVA pour point depressant

high pour point

and difficulty in injection. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) was synthesized through high-pressure polymerization and emulsified under the action of emulsifier. An emulsion type crude oil pour point depressant with high effective content

no delamination after long-term storage

and excellent pour point depressant effect was developed. The effects of the addition of vinyl acetate

polymerization temperature

pressure

emulsifier type

emulsification temperature and stirring rate on the EVA emulsion were studied. The optimal process conditions were: the reaction pressure 20MPa; the reaction temperature 80℃; the ratio of vinyl acetate to solvent was 3∶ 4; the composite emulsifier was AEO-3∶sodium oleate=1∶3; the emulsification temperature 90℃; the stirring revolutions 1500r/min. The emulsion pour point depressant has the advantages of high stability and good dispersibility. When applied to Niger crude oil

the pour point reduction range can reach 12℃.
