In this manuscript

we mainly introduce the preliminary exploration about the polymer chemistry in our university. Firstly

some ways were developed to improve the experimental course

which enhances students’ interest and teaching effect. The second method focused on the reform of traditional teaching mode and experimental contents

the combination of polymer chemistry

polymer physics

and principle of polymer processing

and opening comprehensive experimental course. Thirdly

we try to launch innovative experimental project

encourage the students to do more experiments in spare time

which contributed to foster the ability of analyzing and solving real problems by themselves. Fourthly

more microscale and semimicroscale experiments were also studied.
