increasing attention has been paid to the combined incorporation of siloxane moieties and fluorinated groups into synthetic materials. As a class of novel heteroatom-containing material
this fluorine- and silicon-containing material not only possesses outstanding thermal stability of siloxane and excellent surface self-cleaning performance of organic fluoropolymer
but also has great processing property of silicone polymers. Owing to its superior properties
the fluorosilicone material has become a research hotspot in the field of new materials. Whether in self-assembly
anti-fouling
superhydrophobic or in anti-high-temperature materials
it has a potential application. The current investigation progress of this material is summarized and the material performances are briefly described in this review
simultaneously the coming research fields are prospected.
