聚酯纤维已成为我国化纤第一大类化纤产品
熔体直纺技术已经成为了国际最先进的主导工艺。熔体直纺工艺具有产能大、能耗低、效率高、成本低的特点
但流程长、聚合与纺丝条件相互影响、工艺调节影响面广
品质控制难、产品开发难度大、差别化率低。倡导大容量聚酯纤维高品质化、差别化、功能化、柔性化
并高度融合
其中关键核心工程科学问题为纺丝仿真模型。本文在介绍熔融纺丝仿真模型研究概况基础上
对仿真模型的构建从材料参量仿真、流场仿真、成型过程仿真、结构与性能关系方面进行较为详细的说明。在熔融纺丝仿真模型的应用方面
主要介绍了超细旦纤维的开发、改性共聚酯纤维的制备及异形纤维成型几个方面。最后对未来聚酯纤维的发展进行了展望
指出未来将继续坚持数字化仿真与纺丝技术的高度融合
建立数字化研究平台与纺丝技术数字化平台
基于唯象工程模型、性能预测模型等
结合实际生产过程
实现全流程数字化控制。
The melt direct spinning for the biggest kind of synthetic fiber-polyester fiber
has been the most advanced and leading technology due to the advantage of high productivity
low energy
high efficiency
and low costing. However
it also exists problems of the long process
mutual effect between polymerization and spinning conditions
widely influence of the process adjustment
hardness of the quality control
difficulty of the new product development
and the low ratio of differentiation. It needs to advocate the large capacity of polyester fibers to be high quality
differential
functional
flexibility
and their combination
while the key engineering scientific problems is spinning simulation model. Based on the research of the melt spinning simulation model
this article shows the details of how to build a spinning simulation model from the material parameter simulation
flow field simulation
process simulation
and relationship of the fiber structure and property. The applications of the melt spinning simulation model which mainly introduces the development of superfine fiber
the preparation of modified co-polyester fibers
and the forming of shape fibers. Finally
the development of polyester fibers in the future is prospected. It is pointed that high combination of digital simulation and the spinning technology should be persisted in future; the digital platform of research and spinning technology should be established; combination with practical process
full digital control process basing on the phenomenological engineering model and properties prediction model etc
should be fulfilled.
