摘要

通过静电纺丝技术制备了磷钼酸/PMMA复合纤维，研究了 PMMA的相对分子质量、磷钼酸的含量及混合溶剂中DMF与乙醇的体积比对复合纤维形貌及直径的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对复合纤维的形貌进行了观察，并测试了不同条件纺丝溶液的电导率、黏度和表面张力。研究发现，PMMA的相对分子质量和DMF与乙醇的体积比对复合纤维的形貌影响较为明显，磷钼酸的含量对复合纤维的直径影响显著。较为理想的纺丝条件为：PMMA的重均分子量为60000，纺丝液中磷钼酸的含量为16mg/mL，DMF与乙醇的体积比为6：4。

Abstract

Phosphomolybdic acid /PMMA composite fiber were prepared by electrospinning technique. Effect of relative molecular mass

phosphomolybdic acid PMMA and mixed solvent volume ratio of DMF and ethanol on composite fiber morphology and diameter were investigated. The morphology of composite fibers was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the electrical conductivity

viscosity and surface tension in different conditions of spinning solution were tested. It was found out that the relative molecular weight of PMMA and the volume ratio of DMF and ethanol had obviously effect on composite fiber morphology. The diameters of composite fibers were significantly affected by the content of phosphomolybdic acid. The ideal spinning conditions is as follows: the weight average molecular weight of PMMA is 60000

the content of phosphomolybdic acid spinning solution is 16mg/mL

the volume ratio of DMF and ethanol is 6:4.
