滚动阻力、抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能是轮胎使用过程中最重要的三项性能,然而它们之间存在着严重的相互制约关系,同时提高这三项性能对胎面材料研发仍是一个挑战。本文从橡胶复合材料黏弹性的角度,综述了填料网络结构、填料-橡胶相互作用等对胎面胶料的滚动阻力、抗湿滑性能、耐磨性能的影响及其机理研究进展。通过橡胶分子结构优化以及填料改性,降低胶料中的填料网络结构,提高填料-橡胶相互作用,有利于提高胎面胶料的综合性能。
Rolling resistance (RR)
wet skid resistance (WSR) and wear resistance (WR) are the most important properties for the tires
while they are conflicting criteria in designing the tire tread composites
and so improving the above three properties at the same time is still a challenge to the tread composites. In this paper
from the viewpoint of viscoelasticity of the rubber composites
the effects of filler network structure and filler-rubber interaction on RR
WSR and WR and their mechanism are reviewed. By the methods of rubber molecule structure optimization and filler modification
decreasing the filler network structure and enhancing the filler-rubber interaction can improve the overall performance of the tire tread composites.
