Functionalization has become an important way to obtain high performance polymer materials. 1-diphenylethylene (DPE) derivatives with functional groups such as DPE-OSi and DPE-SiH. Then many kinds of functional groups were able to get by the transition reaction from DPE-OSi and DPE-SiH to other functional groups. The precise synthesis methodology of in-chain functionalized polymers with the complex topology structure was studied and the relationship between the structure and property of above polymers was understood.
