By taking the method of grinding pressure molding to make preparation of the microcellular foam NR composites

The results show that the addition of elastomer and LDPE has made a significant change in the cell structure of themicrocellular foam NR composites. The foam composites formed by adding EVA in the natural rubber has an ideal foam quality

The foam composites formed by adding BR in the natural rubber has a bettercomprehensive performance. It' s Shaw hardness is 15

and the impact resilience is 55%. From the perspective of the foam quality and mechanical property
adding EVA in the natural rubber is suitable for the development of the foam NR products.
