介绍了成纤共聚酯的研究工作,主要是对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的研究。首先阐述了共聚单体的化学结构对共聚酯性能的影响。实验结果指出,含有间(邻) 位苯环结构和含有柔性链结构的共聚酯具有明显不同的物理性能,例如,后者的玻璃化温度下降比前者大的多,前者的结晶速度减慢,而后者的结晶速度加快。其次是阐述了共聚酯的物理性能对其纤维性能的影响,例如,玻璃化温度的降低有利于纤维染色性能的提高,含有柔性链的共聚酯玻璃化温度比常规聚酯明显有所降低,因此这种共聚酯可用于制作染色改性纤维。最后,详细介绍了一种新型分散染料常压可染共聚酯。
In this paper 3 parts of research works on fiberformed polyethyleneterephtalate copolyesters are discussed.(1) Effect of chemical structure of comonomers on the propertites of copolyesters.The experimental results indicate the obvios difference in the physical properties between copolymer obtained from comonomer with iso-or ortho-structure of phenyl ring and copolymer obtained from comonomer with flexible chain
For example
in comparison with polyethyleneterephtalate the glass transition temperature of the latter is decreased more than the former;the crystallization rate of the former is decreased
but the crystallization rate of the latter is increased.(2) Effect of physical properties of copolyesters on properties of fibers.For example
decreasing of glass transition temperature of copolyester is advantageous for improving the dyeing propertie of fiber
so the copolyester with flexble chain can be applied to modification of dyeability of fiber because the glass transition temperature of this type of copolyester is abvious lower than that of normal polyester PET .(3) A new type of fiberformed copolyester-normal pressure disperse dye copolyester is discussed.
