摘要

综述了近年来国内外聚氨酯/纳米复合材料的制备方法

主要介绍了共混法、原位聚合法、插层聚合法、溶胶-凝胶法等几种常用的纳米材料改性聚氨酯的方法;简述了一些纳米材料表面改性的方法;并指出了聚氨酯/纳米复合材料未来的研究方向:纳米颗粒的分散工艺仍需进一步研究和完善;对少见报道的纳米金刚石

纳米SiC 等新型超硬纳米材料有待于更多地研究和应用;聚氨酯/ 纳米复合材料新的制备方法需进一步研究;其工业应用领域有待于进一步开发。

Abstract

This article summarized the preparation methods of polyurethane/nano-composite materials in recent years. It mainly introduced the blending method

in situ polymerization method

intercalation polymerization method

sol-gel method

etc

which were commonly used in the preparation of polyurethane nano-materials modified. Elaborated a number of methods of surface modification

which used for nano-materials. Finally

the researcht rends of the polyurethane/nano-composite materials were pointed out: The dispersion of nanoparticles still need further study and prefection; For the rarely reported nano-diamond

nano-SiC and other new super-hard nano-materials need more researches and applications; Polyurethane/nano-composite materials'new preparation needs further/ deeply study; Its Industrial applications wait for further develop.
