Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) and Ultraviolet and visible spectrum(UV-Vis). The solubility in NMP system and corrosion resistance of the PANI prepared with different methods were also investigated. The results showed that direct mixing reaction is a simple and efficient polymerization method for fabricating high quality PANI. but higher than that of PANI prepared with interfacial polymerization. The inhibition efficiency of PANI prepared with direct mixing method is 87. 79 %
