摘要

对魔芋葡甘聚糖及其衍生物在医药卫生领域的应用进行了综述

讨论了近年来其在润肠通便、减肥、降糖、保肝护肝、调节血脂、抗肿瘤、药品缓释、多孔支架材料、止血剂方面的应用情况。

Abstract

This review summarizes the applications of konjac glucomanan (KGM) and its derivatives in medical and healthy area. Discuss the recent use of its on relaxing bowel

losing weight

lowering blood glucose

protecting liver

regulating blood lipid

inhibiting tumor

releasing drugs

being as porous scaffolds and hemostatic agent.
