摘要

聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维因其优异的性能而被广泛应用，而在我国却因种种原因至今没有实现批量稳定生产。本文从技术进展的角度，详细综述了 PPTA纤维在低温缩聚、液晶纺丝及溶剂回收等各个环节的技术要求及特点，并讨论了目前PPTA纤维生产各个环节面临的技术挑战。最后，对细旦化PPTA纤维的研究进展进行了简单的总结，并对目前芳纶纳米纤维的相关研究进展进行了评述。

-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) Fiber is widely used for its excellent mechanical properties

this magic fiber has not been realized mass production in China due to various difficulties. This review focuses on the characteristics and technical challenges of low temperature polycondensation

liquid crystal spinning and solvent recycling for mass production of PPTA fiber. Further

the development of the research on the thinner PPTA fiber especially the PPTA nano-fiber is briefly commented.
