综述了近几年用于脊髓损伤修复的支架材料,包括可注射水凝胶和预制成型用天然聚合物、去细胞基质以及合成材料,并分析了材料种类、制备技术以及体内外应用现状与发展趋势。
The current researches of biomaterial-based scaffolds applied in the repair of the experimental spinal cord injury were reviewed
which biomaterials presented included use and development of various injectable hydrogel and preformed natural polymers
extra cellular matrix and synthetic polymers appeared in the recent decade. Related material constitutes
fabrication techniques
application modules used in vitro and vivo as well as potential development were introduced and discussed.
