the modification of polypyrrole has attracted much attention. The applications of polypyrrole-based composites in adsorption and electromagnetic properties are reviewed. polypyrrole-based composites as adsorbents were mainly summarized from the types of pollutant removal and possible adsorption mechanism. The research on the electromagnetic properties of polypyrrole-based composites mainly focuses on supercapacitors and electromagnetic adsorption materials. Finally
the development trend of polypyrrole-based composites in this field is prospected.
