摘要

材料科学与工程学院为我校的二级学院

本文结合笔者从事的督导工作实际

论述了我们督导工作的内容与方法。通过实践证明

合理有效地开展二级学院教学督导工作

能够更好地提高教学质量

并起到沟通和协调教育管理部门、老师、学生之间关系的积极作用。

Abstract

The college of materials science and engineering is a secondary college of our institute.This article unifies the author to be engaged in the actual supervision work experiences

elaborated our supervision work content and the method. Through practice

it has been proved that reasonable and effective teaching supervision in secondary colleges can better improve the teaching quality and play a positive role in communicating and coordinating the relationship among educational management departments

teachers and students.
