Thermoelectric materials are a new type of functional material in which carriers migrate inside the solid to achieve direct conversion between heat and electricity. Inorganic thermoelectric materials currently have the best thermoelectric properties
but they have the disadvantages of being difficult to process
high in cost
and toxic. The organic thermoelectric materials are flexible and easy to process
rich in resources
low in cost
and environmentally friendly
thus gradually becoming the research focus of thermoelectric materials. Among them
polyaniline (PANI) is an excellent conductive polymer
which has attracted research interests due to its good thermoelectric properties. This mini-review introduces the research progress of PANI thermoelectric materials in recent years
