螯合单体GMIDA既拥有对金属离子存在较强螯合作用的“半EDTA”结构
又能通过双键共价结合到材料表面引入功能性的螯合基团
这种功能性的高分子大大扩大了材料本身的应用范围。本综述首先对GMIDA聚合物的性质和合成方法进行简短的介绍
然后分析GMIDA聚合物在各个领域的应用
例如基于金属离子与蛋白质特殊的结合作用
GMIDA螯合聚合物被应用于蛋白质的分离纯化、糖肽的特异性识别以及蛋白质治疗药物的缓释等领域;基于金属离子与螯合聚合物的可逆吸附与解吸行为
GMIDA螯合聚合物被应用于活性包装材料、污水处理、锂离子电池、催化化学等众多领域;利用p(GMIDA)螯合金属离子后的抗菌效果优于单纯的阴离子聚合物
GMIDA螯合聚合物被应用于抗菌材料领域;另外
GMIDA金属螯合聚合物在晶体控制、痕量金属检测、功能性涂料、材料改性方面也有广泛的应用。最后
对金属螯合聚合物未来的发展进行简单的评述和展望。
The chelating monomer GMIDA not only has the structure of "semi EDTA" which has strong chelating effect on metal ions
but also can introduce functional chelating groups to the surface of materials through double bond covalently. This kind of functional polymer greatly expands the application range of the material themselves. In this review
firstly
the properties and synthesis methods of GMIDA polymers are briefly introduced
and then the applications of GMIDA polymers in various fields are analyzed. For example
based on the special binding of metal ions to proteins
GMIDA chelating polymers are used in the separation and purification of proteins
the specific recognition of glycopeptides
and the sustained-release of protein therapeutic drugs. The antibacterial effect of p(GMIDA) chelating metal ions is better than that of its anionic polymers
in this reason
GMIDA chelating polymers are used in the field of antibacterial materials. Based on the reversible adsorption and desorption behavior between metal ions and chelating polymers
GMIDA chelating polymers are used in many other fields
such as active packaging materials
sewage treatment
lithium-ion batteries
catalytic chemistry
etc. In addition
GMIDA metal chelating polymers are also widely used in crystal form control
trace metal detection
functional coatings and material modification. In the end
the future development of metal chelating polymers is briefly reviewed and prospected.
