The teaching effect is certainly twice the result with half the effort if the abstract teaching contents could be combined with the typical examples in the actual production and application of polymer materials. The species of homopolymers and copolymers of ethylene and propylene were introduced in this paper
as well as their structure
configurations and crystallinity properties. These knowledges were used as teaching cases in the polymer physics. The students could understand the connections between the constructions and configurations
crystallinity properties and their applications. The teaching effect was very good to the students.
