利用示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、高温凝胶渗透色谱仪(HT-GPC)、温度梯度相互作用色谱(TGIC)、交叉分级色谱(CFC)及核磁共振波谱(
13
C-NMR)系统研究了多种具有不同熔融指数、密度和共聚单体类型的商品化聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的链结构,形成了全面表征POE相对分子质量及其分布、短链支化度分布、短链支化链间分布、共聚单体序列分布等链结构的立体化方法,从而便于构建不同POE产品的结构性能构效关系。本工作可为POE的分子结构设计和性能调控提供研究方法参考。
Systematic investigations were performed on the chain structure of several commercial polyolefin elastomers (POE) with different melt indices and densities by employing differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)
high-temperature gel permeation chromatography (HT-GPC)
temperature gradient interaction chromatography (TGIC)
cross fractionation chromatography (CFC)
and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (
13
C-NMR). It provided a useful method to comprehensively characterize the molecular weight
molecular weight distribution
degree
and intra- and inter-chain distribution of short chain branching
as well as the sequence distribution of different POE samples
aiming to determine the structure-property correlation. The present work would be helpful for the design of molecular structures and control of physical-mechanical properties.
