设计了一种综合化学实验,旨在通过制备和表征罗丹明衍生物共聚聚氨酯以及聚丙烯酸甲酯/聚氨酯(PMA/PU)互穿网络(IPN),探索调控聚合物的力致变色和光致变色性能,加深学生对亲核取代反应、聚合物互穿网络、力致变色和光致变色的理解。实验中将罗丹明衍生物共价嵌入聚氨酯网络制备聚合物
P1
,再通过在丙烯酸甲酯中溶胀并进行光聚合制备聚合物
P2
。利用傅里叶红外光谱、原位荧光光谱等对材料的力致变色和光致变色行为进行表征。通过IPN结构的预拉伸效应和自由体积调控,使罗丹明的力致变色灵敏度提高并抑制其光致变色。该实验立足前沿高分子力化学领域,内容新颖有趣,实现了多学科知识的深度交叉融合,有利于提升学生的科研实践能力和创新思维,适合作为材料类专业高年级本科生的综合性实验。
A comprehensive chemical experiment was designed to explore the photochromic and photochromic properties of polymethyl methacrylate/polyurethane (PMA/PU) interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) imbedded with rhodamine derivatives. In the experiment
rhodamine derivatives were covalently embedded in polyurethane network to prepare polymer
P1
and then
P1
was swollen in methyl acrylate and photopolymerized to prepare polymer
P2
by photopolymerization. The mechanochromic and photochromic properties of
P1
and
P2
were characterized by Fourier transform infrared and in situ fluorescence spectra. Based on cutting-edge scientific research hotspots
the experiment is novel and interesting in content
and realizes the deep integration of multidisciplinary knowledge
which is conducive to improving students’ scientific research practice ability and innovative thinking
and is suitable for comprehensive experiments for senior undergraduates majoring in polymer materials.
