The studies on deformation mechanism of drawn crystalline polymers have been reviewed. Special attention is paid to different points of view and experimental data of structural transformation of drawn polymers from spherulite (or lamellar stacks) to fiber structure during necking. It is suggested that deformation mechanism of crystalline polymers may be different depending on drawing condition.
